Tasha, current President of the Florida
Association for Women Lawyers and a firm Shareholder, limits her practice to the areas of sophisticated estate planning
techniques and business entities, and develops plans for individuals for
both wealth preservation and advanced estate planning purposes.
She works with clients to maximize tax-planning objectives and counsels
clients with regard to estate, gift, income and generation-skipping
transfer tax issues.
Tasha was named among the "Best and Brightest" 2010 by the Lupus
Foundation of America, SE Florida Chapter, is on the Chief Justice's Advisory Committee for the 2010 Tobias
Simon Pro Bono Awards and is on the Palm Beach County Bar Association's
Judicial Relations Committee. She has been named a "Top Up and
Comer" by the South Florida Legal Guide, is listed as one of
Florida Trend Magazine's "Legal Elite," and is a Law and
Politics Florida Super Lawyers Magazine "Rising Star." She is on the Florida Bar Committees
for Probate Rules, Taxation and Real Property, and Probate and Trust
Law. She is on the Board of Directors of Junior League of the Palm
Beaches and
is a Trustee of the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, Alston-Pleasants
Post-Graduate Scholars Fund.
Tasha is a
