Chairman of the firm’s Litigation Group, Adams has maintained a statewide practice in eminent domain and related land use litigation for over twenty years.  In addition to his eminent domain and land use practice, Adams has successfully litigated numerous complex commercial and contested probate matters including will contests involving millions of dollars of probate assets.  In a team effort with Sid Stubbs of our firm, Adams was responsible for one of the largest condemnation awards in the history of Florida in the amount of $110,000,000.  Adams is listed as a Florida Super Lawyer by Law & Politics Florida Super Lawyers Magazine; in The Best Lawyers in America; and as a Top Lawyer by South Florida Legal Guide.
