law. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New Mexico, the United
States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. Brian is a member of the Florida Bar (Tax Section),
the State Bar of New Mexico, the American Bar Association and the Palm
Beach County Bar Association. Brian has been listed as a "Rising
Star" by Law and Politics Florida Super Lawyers Magazine.
Brian received his
LL.M. from the University of Florida in 2001. He graduated cum laude
with his J.D. from Stetson University in 2000 and received his B.S. in
Finance from Florida State University in 1991.
