David, a shareholder with the firm, has over twenty-five years of experience in estate planning, business planning and in medical and taxation law.  He concentrates his practice in the complicated issues of pension and profit sharing plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, health plans and estate planning. 

A member of the firm's Board of Directors, David is listed as a Florida Super Lawyer by Law & Politics Florida Super Lawyers Magazine; has been recognized as one of the Top Lawyers in South Florida by the South Florida Legal Guide, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for over 10 years.  He was the Chair of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar from 1999 - 2000, and a member for over 20 years; Chair of the Tax Law Certification Committee of the Florida Bar from 1996 - 1997 and a member from 1992 - 2002; Chair of the Palm Beach Tax Institute from 1991 - 1992; and the President of the Palm Beach County Fringe Benefit Council from 1986- 1989.

David is a member of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council, Inc.
