David A. Yarema

An associate with the firm, David is focusing his practice in the areas of products liability and commercial litigation.  He is a 2004 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and he graduated cum laude with his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2001.

Practice Highlights:

• Represented principals of a dietary supplement company in federal court and before the American Arbitration Association in a multi-million dollar action against international supplement retailer concerning a dispute over royalties. 

• Represented partner in a multi-million dollar partnership dispute involving commercial real estate.

• Represented publicly-traded mortgage corporation in federal court in an action brought by a software vendor and effectively halted prosecution of the case in favor of a parallel action pending in Illinois.
