Jane has extensive experience in all areas of residential and commercial
real property law, including the representation of developers, sellers,
buyers, landlords, tenants and lenders. Jane represents numerous
condominium and homeowner associations, as well as developers in the
formation of residential and commercial condominiums. Since 1976,
Jane has been a title agent for various title insurance companies,
examining real property titles, issuing title insurance and resolving
title problems.
Originally from
Savannah, Georgia, Jane was a resident of Jupiter from 1981 until 2003,
and presently resides in Stuart. She
concentrates her practice in Real Estate, and has been an active member
of numerous civic associations. Of interest, in May 1995, to raise
funds for the Leukemia Society of America’s Team in Training, Jane began
running for the first time and completed her first marathon eight months
later. Jane has now completed thirteen marathons.
