Larry, Chairman of the firm, concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate acquisition, real estate development, real estate disposition and financing.  As Chairman of the Firm’s Real Estate and Agricultural Law Groups, Larry represents sophisticated developers, purchasers, lenders, and owners of undeveloped land, residential developments, shopping centers, office buildings, condominiums, agricultural properties and golf courses, both public and private.  He has extensive experience representing owners of agricultural lands and is particularly effective representing clients in the purchase and sale of commercial properties and residential development projects.
