Margaret, a shareholder with the firm, handles a variety of
complex commercial and business litigation matters, with particular
emphasis on
cases involving real estate/zoning litigation, employment law issues,
and general commercial litigation and appeals. She is a frequent lecturer in the area of
employment law.
Margaret is a Board Certified Lawyer in both Civil Trial and Business
Litigation. She is a former Chairman of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee,
15th Judicial Circuit, and a member of the Florida Bar Judicial
Procedures Nominating Committee. She is a Fellow in the American Bar
Foundation;
is listed as a
Corporate Counsel Super Lawyer and
Florida Super Lawyer by Law & Politics Super Lawyers
Magazine; and has been
been recognized as one of the Top Lawyers in
South Florida by the South Florida Legal Guide. She has
been listed in Best Lawyers in

Margaret graduated with a B.A. in mathematics from Rollins
College. She obtained her J.D. from Mercer University where she
was an Editor on the Mercer Law Review.
Margaret is a former Touring Professional, Virginia Slims Tennis
Circuit, and a former member of the U.S. Jr. Wightman Cup Tennis Team,
and has competed at Wimbledon, the French Open and the U.S. Open.
