Practice Highlights:

• Represented venture capitalists concerning fraudulent activities of CEO and securities fraud.  Successfully obtained a judgment at trial for $20 million.

• Represented a national real estate investor who, while acting as a limited partner, was defrauded by the general partners and received a 7-number judgment after filing for damages, including civil theft.

• Represented a national firm in procuring a certificate of need for a hospital acquisition of real estate and obtaining zoning changes to facilitate the erection of the hospital.
