Rob, a shareholder
in the firm, practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial
litigation, business torts, and lawyer and law firm defense since
joining the firm in 2000. He advises local, statewide and national
clients on a variety of disputes, including intellectual
property and trade secrets, confidentiality agreements, non-compete
agreements, business contracts, tortious interference and breaches of
fiduciary duties. He has
represented several state and national law firms in successful defense
of malpractice claims. He practices before Florida state and federal
courts at the trial and appellate levels.
Rob has been
identified as one of South Florida's Up and Coming Attorneys by
South Florida Legal Guide. He is a Vice Chairman of the Florida
Bar's Standing Committee on Professionalism. He is an emeritus member of the
Craig S. Barnard American Inns of Court. Rob is also a graduate of
Leadership Palm Beach County, Class of 2006.
