Rob's primary practice area is civil litigation, in which he is Board Certified in both Civil Trial Law and Business Litigation by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization.  Before forming his own firm, Rob was an associate with a national law firm in its litigation department and the primary attorney in Florida handling its litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida State Courts and the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, including the trial bar and bankruptcy court in the Southern District.

Rob is active in both The Florida Bar and Palm Beach County Bar Associations.  He is a Past Chair of The Florida Bar's Business Litigation Certification Committee, and continues to serve on that committee as well as on The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education committee.   He was a member of the Professional Ethics Committee of The Florida Bar (1990-1996); President of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar (1993-1994); a member of the Professional Committee (1995-1998); Commercial Litigation Committee (1994-1999); Circuit Court Civil Rules Committee (1996-1998); and the Technology Committee (1998).  He is also a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations.  Rob is listed as a  Corporate Counsel Super Lawyer and a Florida Super Lawyer by Law & Politics Super Lawyers Magazine. 

Rob attended Michigan State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree with high honors in 1980.  Rob attended Albany Law School in Albany, New York where he received his Juris Doctorate degree magna cum laude in 1983. He was valedictorian of his graduating class, a member of the Albany Law Review, and the recipient of a number of awards for graduating with the highest grade point average in his class.
