Sal F. Bohsali

A Florida native, Sal is a Certified Public Accountant.  He comes to us with experience in income, estate and corporate tax planning, and a diverse corporate transactional background which includes mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured corporate financing, and general corporate matters.   He is a member of the Florida Tax Bar, and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Sal graduated magna cum laude, Master of Accounting, in 2000 from the University of Florida; earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida in 2003; and received his Master in Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida in 2004.

Practice Highlights:

• Successfully represented a multi-state designer, developer and marketer of tabletop goods and accessories before the Florida Department of Revenue.

• Represented a multi-national information technology and business process services firm in a series of type A statutory mergers.

• Represented one of the largest seafood processors in the country in a multi-million dollar stock sale to a multi-national holding company.
