Steve, a shareholder with the firm and a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, practices civil litigation with primary emphasis on product liability, toxic tort, wrongful death and personal injury matters.  He has handled litigation involving tires, automobiles, agricultural and industrial equipment, marine products, electrical devices, pharmaceutical products, nutritional supplements, medical devices and numerous other products.  Steve's cases involve catastrophic injury claims of death, paralysis, burn injuries, brain injury, amputation and other major illness and injuries.  He has handled and tried numerous cases involving multi-million dollar damage claims.

Steve has been listed as a “Corporate Counsel Super Lawyer” Law & Politics Florida Super Lawyers Magazine.  He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.  He has been a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since 1993.  Steve has been a sustaining member of the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) since 1991.  He served a three-year term as a Florida Bar Grievance Committee member.
